Raku dropped by Rizal Park earlier, took down three portals or so, but didn't finish the job. Even more interesting, he only placed L1 resonators on the captured portals. From what I know level 5 na sya so barya na lang dapat yung L2 L3 reso sa kanya. Either he's saving up for bigger things, or he's being unusually gentleman about this game. haha
