Enlightened PH Ships Helios Artifact #17 Off to New Delhi Operation Bicol Express Known as a popular Filipino dish from its region and a train route popular in the '70s, Enlightened PH revives its glory by shipping an artifact to its target portal in India in the quickest possible time. Artifact #17 of the third wave in the Helios artifact was solved and determined to appear in Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Having successfully sent artifacts in the 13MAGNUS anomaly in 2013, Enlightened PH set off to take another challenge on welcoming an artifact. In the artifact game, both factions are required to work together on a global scale to transfer artifacts to a target portal with the use of links. The Enlightened target portal for the wave that started on Wednesday is located in New Delhi, India and there are 16 more artifacts after this wave. Operation PnE Two weeks of blue skies... looks like the Resistance is not letting the anchors decay this time. Previously, they would just let the anchor decay after a week or two, this time, its different… and with the release of iOS for Ingress, and the influx of new players, this was not going smoothly to level up new players. Majority of the base anchors were located North-East of the Cebu island, on a group of islands called Camotes. The Camotes islands have two large islands being connected in the middle with a bridge. Two major link anchors were located in these  islands; the western bottom and eastern corner of the island, those had to be taken out for the city of Cebu to be free from the blue field that has been plaguing us. The plan was put together on the week before the Saturday target execution date, 4 - 5 days prior planning. It had to be that weekend since one of our agents, TededitTededit, was going south of Cebu, to a town called Dalaguete. We have keys to the portals

By far the most intense Ingress game played where Asian contingents played a major role in blanketing the eastern portion of the globe with green xm. helios was capped by an epic battle in the sleepy town of bolinao, pangasinan, philippines between enl agents to protect a corridor for the mega field to pass through and on the other side by res agents to bring down two key portals to prevent a mega field. it was a grind worthy of Ingress history. allow me to share my humble contribution to our posterity. #Matahari #Helios
